By provisions of Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, Europower provides a guarantee for the goods corresponding to the warranty period of 24 months from the day on which the goods are received by the customer.

The document confirming the provided guarantee is the tax document, e.g. invoice.

The customer has the obligation to point out the defect – providing the description of the defect on the goods which is the cause of the complaint.

The warranty does not apply to defects caused by mishandling, unprofessional and inadequate treatment / use / handling / installation.

It also does not apply to defects caused by treatment that violates the instructions in the user manual or instructions for use if provided by Europower.

Within the warranty period, we will replace the defective / faulty goods under our “Terms of use & sale“. For details, please check – “6. Warranty conditions” and “7. Termination of the contract by the consumer”.

* If the good belongs to the category of consumable products, we will not accept return & replace the part if it is used / worn.

Consumable products include:
Blades, Bolts, Felling wedges, Gearcase/Gearbox, Screws, Wheels, Worm gears.


For End customer (Hereinafter referred as “Buyer“)

Guaranteed refund within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods.

Europower allows the Buyer to terminate the contract by completing and sending off a template contract “Termination Form (ENG)“.

Under Section 1829, par. 1 of the Civil Code, without stating any reasons, the Buyer has the right to terminate the purchase contract (e.g. refund), within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods.

If the Buyer decides to exercise this right, he/she must send an email enclosed notice of termination and termination form (ENG) to Europower by no later than 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods.

* Europower is entitled only to the compensation of actually incurred costs relating to the returning of the goods.

* The Buyer is not entitled to terminate the contract in cases listed in Section 1837 of the Civil Code, especially as regards goods modified for the Buyer or according to the Buyer’s instructions.

Step to return the goods (Guest)

  1. Send an email to sales@europower-parts.cz including the following information:
  2. Wait for confirmation from Europower service team.
  3. After receiving reply, please send the goods back to the following address by registered parcel, ideally in original package.

Step to return the goods (Member – End customer)

  1. Log in – Profile Information – Special Request
    • Fill the “Invoice no.” and “Product no.”.
    • Type “Return” or “Refund” in the section “Others”.
    • Please kindly tell us the reason you want to return / refund in the “Content” section.
  2. Wait for confirmation from Europower service team.
  3. After receiving reply, please send the goods back to the following address by registered parcel, ideally in original package.
