The invoice will be attached to the order shipment in paper form.
In addition it will be sent to your email address in electronic form after you finish payment of the order.

Payment
Currently we only accept the following payment methods:
- Paypal
- Regular bank transfer will only be accepted for Company / Enterprise customer under agreement.
- GoPay (From 09/2020.)
If your payment is successfully processed and we receive it, we will send an “Order Confirmation” letter to your email address.
Warranty
We provide a guarantee for the goods corresponding to the warranty period of 24 months starting from the day our customer receive the goods.
(By provisions of Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection)
The document confirming the provided guarantee is the tax document, e.g. invoice.
The warranty does not apply to defects caused by
- mishandling
- unprofessional / inadequate treatment, use, handling and installation
- defects caused by treatment that violates the instructions of user manual, or instructions for use if provided by Europower

Refunds
For End customer (Hereinafter referred as “Buyer“)
Guaranteed refund within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods.
Europower allows the Buyer to terminate the contract by completing and sending off a template contract “Termination Form (ENG)“.
Under Section 1829, par. 1 of the Civil Code, without stating any reasons, the Buyer has the right to terminate the purchase contract (e.g. refund), within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods.
If the Buyer decides to exercise this right, he/she must send an email enclosed notice of termination and termination form (ENG) to Europower by no later than 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods.
* Europower is entitled only to the compensation of actually incurred costs relating to the returning of the goods.
* The Buyer is not entitled to terminate the contract in cases listed in Section 1837 of the Civil Code, especially as regards goods modified for the Buyer or according to the Buyer’s instructions.
